Purpose of the Project:
An immersive experience about the future of work to raise awareness among young people on issues and skills necessary for the future. It’s a space to learn about and discuss the future of work and is designed to be implemented in international spaces and events.

Despite the fact that the “Future of Work” is widely discussed at high academic levels and on the international agenda, most of this information is still unknown by the most affected people: the youth. We want to change that! We know that young people can lead this change to create a future where jobs are a vehicle to a more just and sustainable world.
FLOW is a traveling experience designed to stimulate learning and reflection on the Future of Work.
The experience is organized into thematic stations exploring different trends on the future of work (according to the location in which it is developed) and the skills necessary to succeed in that future (based on a meta-analysis of the 25 most relevant publications on the future of work from the previous 3 years).
Like any non-traditional awareness campaign, FLOW seeks to challenge traditional knowledge; it invites us to think (about ourselves) differently, and put us to the test in a playful and safe environment by integrating innovative and disruptive technologies.

We worked on the trends of the future of work and partnered with other organizations to develop a solution; then implemented it in events.
Result
FLOW is a traveling experience designed to stimulate learning and reflection on the Future of Work.
