Project Description:

Grassroots organizations are limited in the implementation of their initiatives. Deficits were detected in management tools (communication, management models, advocacy, in addition to others) and the initiatives are not completed in the planned period. In response to the problems raised, a device was developed that seeks to make the ICRC’s investment of resources more efficient, provide concrete tools to organizations, and accompany the formation and implementation of their initiatives.

In stage I of the project, a participatory diagnosis process was carried out in which the main actors were interviewed and a report prepared with the status of the situation and recommendations on the investment of resources.
